I for one am very pleased to see you taking action here on this board.
For too long the moderators here have abused their position, if an individual did not post praise or were not happy with the managements style, your post is deleted. If questions were asked about promises that were not kept by the company, the post would be deleted. I myself was quite fed up with it and stopped viewing this board as much as I once did. I thank you for taking notice and the other moderators should take notice as well
