Omnivance provides an IR service to NTEK. NTEK pays for the service. Nothing unusual here.
It's up to the company management to determine if they are getting the most bang for their buck.
Day to day operational functions are not shareholder decisions. Part of your investment is based on your confidence level in the company management.
We are not experts in how to run the business, the folks running it are.
We don't know what is happening in the background, the company management does.
As shareholders we do have a voice, but trying to micromanage and question every aspect of the business is counter productive.
Show some faith in these guys, They have taken NTEK a remarkably long way in the past year and the journey upward is continuing IMHO
If you don't like the decisions that management is making, then speak with your investment dollars and reconsider your investment strategy. That is a shareholders ultimate voice.
The rest is noise or people with there own agenda trying to influence things to their own benefit.
