This is under the official IR FB page from Dan Wong. He is discussing the new Townhall site then makes reference to OMNIVANCE compensation. The post and link is dated 1/25/16. This is where I first saw compensation mentioned.
It officially states 5K per month !
It also listed his compensation for NTGL
