In spite of everything, I am still a believer in GC and his CSRV valve system. There have been too many trips to China, license agreements, contracts, purchase agreements, contacts with Cummins representatives and other engine manufacturers, Jack Perkowski involvment, and the latest PR of January 15th stating that full payment has been received and that they "expect to be able to effect delivery this month” for this not to be real. George has been emphatic about the timing of shipments this time. He knows his credibility is on the line.
He must know that if he does not deliver products already paid for, he is likely to have legal action brought against him. I.M.O., this is real and will happen. I do not expect another delay and I expect the SP to recover in quick time within two days. (Gulp!)
Those who have been waiting for this for 20+ years obviously have more to be skeptical about. Can't say that I blame them.
