Buying the majority of shares over time at this pp

Buying the majority of shares over time at this pps would be a way cheaper way to "aquire/control" a company then a takeover (in which probably some 30+cents/per share would have to been offered) and a safer way to not disturb the business expansion in its infancy.....just a thought (of course WE WOULD NOT LIKE IT since the pps might stay suppressed for a long time with only few sellers willing to strip out of frustration some portions of their meant to be long portfolio)
