What the KBM suit states is HJOE does't have the money to pay off the loan. But the numbers they used in their filing came from Q3 2014.
What HJOE said in their counter clam was KBM made the loan(s) while (AT THAT TIME) they couldn't afford to pay back the loan. That was in January 2015. So both those statements are true during those time frames.
And I don't recall anyone at all at any time saying HJOE is making $millions in revenue this quarter.
