$PPJE huge news from yetserday - cancelling nearly 75% of their common share and Announced NO REVERSE SPLIT!!
The reduction of its authorized from 20 Billion to 5 Billion and the exchange of 2.5 Billion shares by the CEO for Preferred Class B Shares. These recent corporate actions will result in the Company having 5 Billion authorized common shares with approximately 1.5 Billion outstanding and no reverse split.
