perhaps. another theory is a hypothetical.
what if this was your company and you knew the next financial report and subsequent PRs was going to be amazing and the pps would shoot upward.
and would you release any PR's prior if you didn't have to? maybe not. maybe you'd let the share price dwindle to a record low. maybe with share price that low, some insiders would buy up tons of shares on this knowledge. that might be insider information and no one breaks that law....no one....lol.
just speculation, but it is a piece that fits the puzzle even if its the wrong piece.
but dont ask me what is going on. what do i know?
