FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNAWARE WE HAVE NEW NTEK & NTGL INVESTORS TOWN HALL WEBSITE up and running and IR is responding to SH questions promptly. Following is an example of my question that IR replied to within 2 minutes.
When will we hear “specific details” regarding how the company will obtain funds for further expansion? Specifically will the Co advise SH their plan regarding how they can alleviate toxic debt ? Will they address the share structure, A/S raises, and any looming R/S? Will these issues/concerns be included within the Sh letter and proxy?

When the letter goes out it will have all the details you have requested. I agree these are very important questions and will be addressed.
