U-Vend's new Canadian depot will provide approximately 1,000-square feet of operating office space, 2,000-square feet of warehouse space, and will primarily service the greater 12.1 million populated Southern Ontario market. The depot will also serve as the main offices for U-Vend's North American digital advertising operations.
In addition, the Oakville-based location will support U-Vend's previously announced licensing partnership with the NHL®, as the Company will soon be launching its Frozen Pond Premium Ice Cream ™ product in the Canadian market. Beginning this spring, fans will be able to purchase the ice cream bars featuring NHL-branded " Collector Hockey Sticks " at the Company's self-serve kiosks, merchandisers and countertop freezers, which will be located in high-traffic, consumer venues throughout the Toronto and Southern Ontario regions.
