CEO on page 7 of the update predicts $4 and up list to NASDAQ..not my words, his. They are working on taking advantage of the struggles of in refineries that are functional but are in huge debt. MOST of the debt suffered by these refineries is as a result of the huge drop in oil prices. Only 100 million A\S with insiders holding 40 MILLION SHARES! WHY do they hold 40% of ALL shares? Traders hold millions of shares too I would assume from the volume and STRONG HANDS in this range. Was at $1 last year.
