Now as to "The Future of Television" which was trademarked by NTEK and even used by them until sometime in 2014 when Apple picked it up and it now appears in their television advertising. Do I think NTEK just decided not to bother to renew? No way, there is or was some kind of deal with Apple. Those that would like us to believe NTEK screwed up and failed to renew the trademark and Apple was Johnny on the spot and picked it up are not being realistic. Somehow, someway a deal was made that so far we are not privy to and it may date all the way back to the NP1 and FoxConn with Apple opening doors and the walkaway as a thank you.
Obviously the recapitalization is needed and we need it without bloodsuckers.
The share structure needs substantial modification and we need to rid the company of the huge number of counterfeit shares in the market. Remember we do not know just how many shares are owned or controlled by insiders but imho it is well over 50%. Had the company not been attacked by shorts the share price would be much higher and imho the authorized would not have been increased. Now the short position imho is several hundred million shares and an anchor holding the company back which must be eliminated.
How that is accomplished will be interesting. Will we have another spinoff?
A tender offer? Hopefully the company is getting expert advice and whatever is forthcoming will punish the shorts and not the shareholders. Lots and lots of possibilities are available but whatever it is we will be hearing about it soon. Go NTEK!!!
