NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 18, 2016) - Homebuilding industry veteran Todd Palmaer has been appointed president and CEO of RSI Communities LLC, an affiliate of RSI Holding LLC. Palmaer, who brings 30 years of building experience to the company, will focus on expanding RSI Communities' regional and national footprint. Along with acquiring land to develop its own communities, RSI is also partnering with landowners and will build homes for first-time homebuyers as well as single family home rental communities. The company's unique approach to homebuilding offers high-quality, energy-efficient homes built faster and more affordably than traditional new home construction.

Palmaer has previously served in leadership positions at Standard Pacific Homes, Lennar Homes and Greystone Homes. Most recently, he was the Regional President of Standard Pacific Homes' Northern California, Texas and Colorado regions. He has previously managed the Southern California and Arizona regions as well.
RSI Communities currently has several active projects in Southern California and Texas. Key to the company's forward-looking strategy is expansion into growing markets including Arizona and Florida as well as further expansion into Texas and Northern California.
