1. A letter to shareholders will be going out as soon as possible. It has definitely taken longer than expected and we understand you are eager to receive this. The shareholder list has been pulled and prepared for mailing. We will provide confirmation on when the letter will be going out.
2. The NTGL audit is in the process and again apologize this has taken longer than expected. This will be completed and will be the first step in being able to distribute the shares of NTGL .
3. We have had some ask the question whether or not the revenue from the specials would be reported on the coming up financials and the answer is yes, they will.
4. Update on titles uploading to UltraFlix- We have been adding new custom tools to 4k Studios’ work flow and the migration can affect the titles release. We are also receiving titles from the licensors in batches with another large one slated for early February.
5. CES went very well and we met with all the top partners. Sony, Samsung, Vizio, Amazon, Hisense, Humax, and Roku. Many meetings with OEMs and are looking forward to the relationships forged here.
6. Hisense- When we pass in our apk or UltraFlix for the platform it goes through a rigorous Q&A process and we do not have control over this after it goes through and simply wait for the approval. The relationship with Hisense has been amazing along with their technical team. It is clear they are looking to have it roll out the right way and will be helping us to market UltraFlix.
