LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 21, 2016) - Clearwave Telecommunications, Inc. (OTC PINK: CWTC) and World Nation Live Entertainment Inc. today announced final delivery of all the On Tour master tapes to our company. The PBS On Tour Concert series aired an unprecedented historic 52 shows in 1997. The PBS TV shows featured each artist performing 3 songs. Sting, Meatloaf, Ozzy Osbourne, Lenny Kravitz, Busta Rhymes, Lou Reed, The Cure, Devo, Hot Tuna, Dennis Brown, Bad Religion, Joan Osborne, Goo Goo Dolls, Bruce Hornsby, Indigo Girls, Smashing Pumpkins, No Doubt, Common Sense, Vic Chestnutt, White Zombie, Big Mountain, A Tribe Called Quest, Tears For Fears, The Fugees and Cypress Hill are some of the many artists in this superstar concert series.

Our company has entered talks with third parties to make these shows available to major companies. All of our content will be available in the following formats: Broadcast TV, Home Video Rights, EST, VOD, S-VOD, A-VOD, Digital Downloads, and Direct Response TV.

We intend to offer all of the artist's revenue sharing deals if they sign a new current contract with our company.
