Promotion & Credit Issues with Account
Problem
I am having problems seeing my UltraFlix™ purchases from my account page or accessing my credits purchased online.

The only information that I receive is that I have made no purchases!i

Currently you have to log in onto the preferred device to check your promotional credits purchased.
1. Go to the Options Menu and select Payments.
2. Credits purchses will appear on this screen.

They will not answer my e-mail or the phone either.
Anybody else having this problem?
