Thanks retiredcarsalesman, but I'd have to re-open my FB account. Maybe at some point. Feel free to use it if you want to post it there, I don't mind. Everyone should see it for what it is. As far as the selling of shares, well the cash was a loan, and those who make them do so expecting a return on investment, right? The guys are trying to avoid conversions, but you know they can't stop them all this early in the game. Roy converted for ~45 mil and still I'm looking at the structure and just don't see the problem, especially because this company is poised for exponential revenue growth and I've seen it so much worse with lots of startups. I wouldn't expect much more dilution going forward, and where they're at now is awesome for having less than a year of sales in the bag.
