Those are the 3 P arms. All those doses I believe are a lot less than the Ziagen dosage.
I don't think there is any caution being taken. Ziagen/Abacavir has been proven safe for years.
They just want to find out which dosage works best if not all 3 being equal....Why give 200mg when 50 works just as well.....IMO of course..
