See sticky #331. INCC anticipated closing deal with LIFE by January 30 to sell patents for truck mounted signs.
LIFE would file S-1 to go public.
This would remove chill on INCC.
INCC shareholders will get 1 for 1 shares in LIFE - no R/S.
