UA Multimedia, Inc., (UAMM) through its subsidiaries, provides Web and mobile application solutions through Web technology and social media. The company develops online information and directory portals for various vertical markets. It owns two Web properties that provide information and marketing services to companies in the medical marijuana industry. The company’s Web properties include CannaMedi.com, an information portal that offers a range of information relating to the current development of the medical marijuana industry, as well as information on health and treatments of illness using cannabinoid based remedies; and Cannaxa.com, an online directory service with social networking and user reviews for cannabis product and service providers. It also produces films; and secures rights to various international titles and distributes them to Vietnamese market. The company was formerly known as JMI Telecom Corp. and changed its name to UA Multimedia, Inc. in May 2012. UA Multimedia, Inc. is based in Irvine, California. UA Multimedia, Inc. is a subsidiary of PWTC Incorporated.
