$TPAC A couple of weeks ago, I asked Bill if they were going to file a 8-K to report the addition of Jason Wenig to the BOD. He never answered so I'm assuming he overlooked my question by mistake.

Today, I asked him, again, and here is his reply (first, my tweet to him):
