Its services include 8x8 Virtual Office, a SaaS cloud based replacement for legacy on premises business phone systems; 8x8 Virtual Contact Center, an integrated cloud-based call center solution; 8x8 Virtual Meeting, a Web event service; and 8x8 Virtual Office Analytics, a suite of Web-based tools that provides enterprise-level analytics. The company markets its services to end users through direct sales force, Website, and channel partners primarily in the United States. It serves approximately 41,600 business customers with approximately 650,000 subscriptions. 8x8, Inc. was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in San Jose, California.
