GNCP - It will be surprising and eye opening when people learn who all of the contributing parties are with regard to the manipulation and intent to defraud.
Selling directly into buying demand gets one on the pump and dump list at the IRS, SEC, FINRA, the FBI...But naked short selling, which is illegal to the degree that they are doing it, is OK...
The conversion of debt, by issuing delivers, depositing locates, and disposing of covers...is completely acceptable. Which means someone is allowing them to do it routinely and ruthlessly.
This is all coordinated between a number of alleged parties, including but not limited to Jehu Hand, Stephen Lumb, Fred Bauman, Jeffery Mitchell, Bill Ulrich et al. There are a number of other parties in on the intent to defraud, but there are known and obvious reasons why they cannot be named at this point and in this post.
Ronald Lowenthal exists only on paper, much like other entities who have been created through the years. Only the FBI has the capability to create someone, with an alleged history. It is an art that the FBI has perfected over the years.
Some are clearly profiting off of the naked short selling and/or the sale of convertible debt...while others are contracted to aid and abet the cycle of money.
Do research all the way back to NationsMark NextGen (NMGL) and the fraud that was carefully staged to launch a number of careers in the securities fraud business. Do your DD on Next Generation...and you will quickly come full circle to all of the players involved.
There are no coincidences and it is not statistically possible for anyone to by 100% correct, 100% of the time with regard to investment and interest in financial instruments such as OTC Pinks, including GNCP.
