That money and all the money fleeced from the investors that went into the Michaels lifestyle they raised selling bumper stickers, coffee cups and lap-dances with members of the crew is blown. No wonder they haven't got a cent to launch AVATART.

The top layer including the officers of the company and their gardner will get hammered. My guess is that beyond this Baltia offensive they have a network so convoluted they will never get all the valves shut off. I believe they are involved in something much more far reaching. And there is a MASSIVE trail of paper and electronic bread crumbs they can never clean up..
