Motion to Dismiss (8:30 AM) (Judicial Officers Scann, Susan, Gonzalez, Elizabeth)
Plaintiffs' Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss With Prejudice....
If it is a "voluntary dismissal with prejudice", it is the result of an out of court agreement or settlement
between parties that they agree is final....
I wonder what was agreed upon, or settled between both parties????.
Maybe we can get a clear picture from our CEO now
with an outlined plan in more detail than that release on the 21st as well!!.
I can tell you who is in the drivers seat, and looking
to add to their new ventures;HP that's who....
Maybe this is the best thing for both parties,
and why didn't Larry Panik settle this back in 2014????.
