Baltia did not use crowdfunding. In no way did they raise one penny or try to raise one penny with crowdfund. They tested the waters, found it wasn't for them and did not pursue it. As you can see if you google Avatar crowdfunding you find Avatar used crowdfunding or tried with no success. Clearly they're not having much success doing anything hence the bad attitude. When you google Baltia in crowd funding all you're seeing are rumors about crowdfunding or comments on two stock boards mentioning crowdfunding. That's it.
