I wonder if the CEO will honor her 2015 statement to the Shareholders. That would be great if she followed through on what she said she as going to do. It's 2016 and since buying into this company in July, the lack of communication to the shareholders has been god awful. How many emails and calls go unanswered? From what I read on the boards, a LOT!
In 2016, I think the CEO should read someone to handle her communication with the shareholders. She is way too busy and wearing way too many hats to be expected to handle all of the communication with the shareholders. Instead of releasing that statement in 2015, she would've been better off hiring a PR firm or someone internally to handle all shareholder affairs.
In my opinion... would be her Fiduciary duty to do so.
None of what was said below has been done... no new board members... which is a GREAT idea.. No value, the stock price has gone down since the release of the statement below.... No expansion of US sales... none. Everything has been overseas.
