Just a guess, but at the close "they" will try to take it down. Looks to me like they're saving their ammo for that, volume really drying up.
With the storm hitting this weekend, I suspect there are going to be a lot of people who do not make it into the office Monday. I wonder if that's why Leo released this today? Besides making his PR's less predictable in timing, I mean.
