The SEC should also initiate a do not compete clause within its ranks. (If you've taken a job with the SEC, you've chosen to do so for all the right reasons & the future of Our Nation that you will someday leave to your ancestors.)
It is ludicrous for me to know that someone my tax dollars are being paid to employee as a watchdog of XYZ Company is then leaving to work for them same XYZ Company's shortly after. Don't get me wrong, everyone puts there feet into their pants one leg at a time, so by no means am I saying that the SEC or the people that work there are bad in anyway. There are bad apples in all walks of life.
So how does it get done?
Publicly traded small businesses and the powers that be at OTCMarkets need to start voicing their concerns to their local Congressmen.
The people that we vote into Office are Our Voice and they've been hard at work since Our Great Nation was established on July 4, 1776.
People need to understand that In the United States, Small Businesses account for over 70% of our Nations Job Market and if the Stock Market was functioning properly, Our Nation wouldn't be in this mess.
