Buy backs. Early capital makes it more economical now at this price. Honestly if an investor stepped in and took options that cleared o/s it's a win win. Structure buybacks at a ratio to pay the investor x in options while x times 2,3,4 come off the shelf. There are many ways to creatively and legally do this. Plus BLTA can buy back and recycle into RSUs for compensation in years to come. Vest schedules 5 years out so you can earn the expense and keep dilution far off the radar
