With each share Aruda has sold his incentive to sell more decreases if he believes in any of Cellceutix’s drugs being successful. It would have been very risky for him to hold all his shares (Very prudent to sell enough to diversify risk) he has had the opportunity to sell the entire amount I believe but even if he sold half, with an average of $2 per share. He would now have $8 million in the bank. It would be stupid to press the share price below a dollar when you are still holding at least 6 million shares. It wouldn't be a smart thing to do, especially with what could happen if Prurisol or Brilacidin OM show stellar results. In his own best interest Aruda will begin to decrease the amount of shares he will sell at this ridiculously low price. imho
