Collagenna merger with OTCBB Company. We received the following email from the CEO of AGIJ. (Just so that the readers know who the players are) We also included a snippet of the email authentication as proof. Not a single word was edited or altered nor did we ask the CEO for an update. For newcomers and subscribers to our "Early Alerts" Nick is the OTCBB company in talks with AGIJ for a merger or an amalgamation. "my products" means Collagenna / AGIJ product line. (We know that most investors know what "my products" means) however this is intended for short sellers / stock bashers whose job is not to understand) (under his name) means a white label brand. Simply put, AGIJ will have a wider distribution network thus greater revenues / profit margin.

BTW just got off the phone with Nick, he tells me he still want to do the deal, just working out details with preferred shareholders stake, thinks he will know mid week, they are very interested doing the deal. We are also talking about selling my products (under his name) to his contacts in Latin America while he waits for his group to get their stuff organized.
He is asking the right questions.
