TUCSON, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / January 21, 2016 / International Star, Inc. (ILST), developer of the Van Deemen Gold project in Northwest Arizona, is pleased to update shareholders as it moves towards completion of its 506 (C) Private Placement ( the "Offering"
.
Since the Company hosted its Las Vegas Investor Meeting and Mine Tour in mid-November, management has been involved in a series of discussions/negotiations to complete its Regulation D 506C Private Placement While the market for junior mining company remains very difficult, we continue to make substantial progress:
- We have received a very substantial commitment from a "cornerstone" investor.
- Three mining related companies are in due diligence.
- In response to inquiries, the Offering is being made available in Israel and Europe.
- An internet campaign will be commencing.
- All documentation has been completed, including the 90+ page 506c Private Placement Memorandum, Subscription Agreement, Promissory Note, Investor Verification, Anti-Money Laundering and ERISA.
- On our website, there is now a Private Placement tab under the Investors menu (http://www.ilstholdings.com/investors/private-placement.html), which provides a brief summary of the offering and more importantly, allows accredited investors to sign up and receive the Offering documents.
