A long time friend called me out of the blue yesterday to tell me his Wife was dead. When I asked what had happened, his first sentence was "You know she was on Humira". She died from complications of a staph infection.
I haven't seen any mention of Prurisol being effective for plaque psoriasis, but if it is, it could be beyond a blockbuster.
