HJOE bevmover • 3 hours ago I did see this today and you are correct. The longer the brand is out on the counters the higher the sell through rate gets over time at the individual store level. I can explain it this way. What happens is you create communities in stores. Alll c'stores mom and pop's etc. have locals who come in grab a breakfest sandwich, pick up their smokes, grab their beer, get gas etc. They start using the product at first to try its new its an impulse buy or are suggested to by the clerk. They tell friends and it grows so you build a community within the stores, regulars using the brand. I personally have watch this happen and the longer in the store the bigger the community becomes and you create share of mine in the consumer. This is a big key to the successof the ground army HJOE is building in dealers but also in consumers. More counters and more dealers and the longer on the counter creates bigger communities and creates larger share of mine. It's a process I have said for years, and its becoming reality. It's not a sprint its a marathon it's brand building! There will be massive growth both domesitc with the dealers, but also internationally. The community is building, the vending will reinforce the community and the stores. Thee social community continues to grow all reinforcing the brands themselves. They are building communites at the store level and creating a real long lasting brand but creating the share of mind in the consumers.
