.....allowing Medicare to negotiate for drug prici

and imho, increased oil production is just the product of less government control and the $90 billion dollars of subsidies Congress keeps feeding the Big Oil Welfare Queens...thought from all the "drill baby drill " shrieking from the free market crowd that increased production was a good thing...we drilled, there's more oil and the market adjusted the price accordingly
let the market deal with Iran...they traded plutonium for the right to sell their oil..plutonium hauled off to Russia and oil price drops from increased supply...that works for me...ISIS has less money from their liberated oil fields and all the bad players, especially Saudi Arabia, have less $$$$$ to throw at terrorists....in fact the more we get away from oil the better it is....nobody would give a shit about that giant sandbox if the crude under it was rendered irrelevant.
If there is some price leveling in the pharma marketplace it will inure to CTIX benefit...our drugs are for widespread conditions that impact millions of people....its standard retailing...if Obamacare adds millions of eligible patients to the system I am better off with lesser pricing and more volume...no different than getting a retail product into a big box store..going to be cheaper but the distribution is deeper.
the reality is that Congress has no appetite for regulation of Pharma, Insurance or Oil profits...doesnt matter what Hillary or Bernie propose....same old, same old
GO CTIX
