I've always believed and still do that aspire is the one who continually sells stock to keep the price down. Think about it. Leo sells them a few million shares for admin. costs and the start of a few fairly cheap Phase2 trials and also gives them a few 100k shares for free..The BIG expense is phase3 and Aspire knows this. This isn't the 1st time they've been thru this.
So for the sake of argument Phase3 B costs 15mm. Do they purchase 3m shares at $5 a share or they purchase 15M shares at 1$ a share?
They stand to make a fortune even if they sell those earlier shares for a small loss.
