I say keep going. Although not statistically significant if only a single case, it is eye catching and would make for an excellent headline : "Phase I ovarian cancer patient still alive after ??? Number of months and exceeds the medium overall survival of Roche's Avastin + chemotherapy of 16.6 months in Phase 3."
