So the story begins.. NTEK is still developing

NTEK is still developing it's LIVE capabilities. The original filming with a 4K camera isn't our issue. The producing decisions about which camera to use for focus (overhead, 50 yard line...) isn't our issue.
We have uplink.to to take us into the cloud, and we must have continuing development occurring at this level. Our competitors have cable and set top boxes. This must be the area in which NTEK is working furiously, and we will not ask for public display until we know our service will be flawless. I absolutely have to believe that NTEK has been beta testing in the background at Levi Stadium, and I believe that we have the attention of the NFL. Just like we have the attention of Verizon, Panorama and Warner Bros, Sony, Hisense...
We have 4-8mbps; they don't. Hopefully our patents are strong and as broad as possible. Our issues here are issues we are familiar with now. The Apps that connect our service to each tv, each manufacturer, each device etc are all slightly different, though they must share the same architecture. This takes time but we know that is doable. The streaming industry has to find a way to reduce it's internet footprint or the industry will be forced to pay premium expenses at some point in the future
We can protect the image of the game; they can be hacked.
Outside of Sony, we are experiencing the greatest exposure to remastering, and I understand that we are learning to automate this process using code.
This industry is OUR learning curve. Our success translates into our patents for processes and code and working knowledge.
In a crappy market, this feels pretty good.
