Nope.i own all my shares I bought both private placement shares and open markets shares. Still holding my certificate and have not sold one share under 0.01. Preferred shares? LMFAO. Do you know how to read filings? Show me where in the financials there is a class of preferred shares that exists. There is only common stock that exists in this company. Stocks go up and stocks go down. This stock is down because the only debt holder dumped all his stock. There have not been any T-Trades or back fills for weeks now. As Nathan delivers and the business grows the stock will go up and those in it will make money. I personally could care less what a bashing convicted criminal like you Joe has to say. The fact you believe there is preferred stock tells me how smart you are ! Get your facts straight. Learn how to read filings and for god sakes do some due diligence. You have no clue what WOGI 's potential is. If you are only hanging around because you think your enemy Matt is still involved, you are wasting your time. Matt is not getting any more stock here.
