hopefully IHUBr's are thoughtful enough to visit this site also...why? because im banned over there 1 post per day.., here are my sources for the previous post both here and on IHUB: direct email contact with Peter Dizer 8/24/15 in regards to visiting xylem dallas to see UCG in operation I notified him I was located in the area and a shareholder of LEXG, his reply was prompt and cordial stating that they are not at the phase of public viewing but I would be notified as soon as this was available. have yet to hear back, Contacted a Ms. Grace Kalinosky on 1/8/16 in regards to her being employed with soncav from feb-nov 2015 (social media and advertisement) and if she had information pertaining to the progress of Soncav, as I have had no response from Mr. Dizer or management since...no response from her. 1/14/16 received an email from one Mr. Gary George notifying me he was forwarded my email from Ms. Kalinosky and that he was acting as interim CEO of Soncav also that Mr. Dizer has never heard of me, they have no record of my investment in soncav, and that Mr. Swanson was suspended and being investigated for his "dealings" in soncav. I replied that I was not a direct stakeholder in soncav but I was a shareholder in LEXG primarily because of soncav/lexg distribution/use agreement pertaining to UCG tech utilization in Canada, . And only because Soncav was not a publicly traded company,and that I was also aware of soncavs use/distribution agreement with Eco integrated. I stated my concerns over Mr. Swanson, I was unaware of his suspension and was even more concerned because he dealt directly with LEXG. Look I'm not saying this is a shell scheme but damn if it don't look like one.....things that look odd:
1. Swanson suspension
2. kalinosky leaving soncav facebook/twitter goes silent/questionable posts ex: twitter new years "I'm tryna fuck sum tonite" or something along those lines....wtf?
3. torchlight CEO Willard G McAndrew III no longer investor in Soncav (less than a year)
4. Mr. Dizer acknowledgement of me and my stake in LEXG with his email response directly to me, but then denies contact/knowledge of myself.
5. Once again Swanson now being investigated for what dealings? will his "dealings" with LEXG be null and void, will all his dealings as acting CEO be considered null and void?
6. Also Swanson was part of a supposed "project" called protean wave which utilizes WEC tech, but it appears the ORIGINAL inventors and financial backers (Australia) have set in motion the proper legal elements to protect their tech and expansion of it into the US and globally.
7. No response from interim CEO in regards to my concerns and updates on the oil and water UCG's
8. LEXG recent 10k has no mention of soncav...only glottech which appears to be defunk at this point and all if non existent

I'm sure theres more I'm forgetting, once again I would like to invite all shareholders to share there opinions/research here, I will copy and paste this to IHUB tomorrow as I am banned to one (1) post per day on that sham of a board which has its own nasty secrets as well......
