Baltia Airlines From Final Approach to Holding Pattern

Baltia Airline’s endeavor to obtain FAA certification and to become “America’s Newest Airline” is an unbelievable tale beginning with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1989. Baltia’s existence is rooted in the ambitious dreams of recently deceased founder Igor Dimotrosky and his desire to open a route to Moscow and St. Petersburg.
