Since AVIC is a current supplier of Boeing, and Boeing and AVIC can save a ton of money to buy TPAC bearings locally in China, I think these RFQs will become POs.
Hence, a series of Production, Partnership, and Acquisition meetings had started.
I don't see any reason WHY NOT?
Surely, the proceeds for the 1st quarter is recorded in the books but will not show until almost the end of 2nd quarter. That is just how manufacturing industry works.
Just like McKay says, "This will happen, just not in the next 10 minutes."

There will be bashers trying to convince investors that TPAC has yet to have income. Some of these bashers are stuck in 2014 and mid 2015. How funny they are.
