$IHSI: More on Caltrans..........................

My prior hypothesis :
"More Caltrans Work? Per "The Bill File" sent to legislation on
1/15/2016 sure appears that way..."
After further researching dot.ca.gov, the "Extra Work Bill" file uploaded by Caltrans last Friday, January 15, allows Intelligent Highway Solutions access to specific Caltrans contracts.
Although there's nothing specific (or detailed) for IHSI, it appears they are "uploaded" in Caltrans database and still on the hunt for Caltran work. Multi-faceted ops will provide for greater company growth...
