I think for the sake of theatre COR is doing that. I wouldn't put it past them to throw decoys out there to try and create a scenario to throw everyone off. It's stupid, but then again, COR isn't the most savvy or smart. I believe they are crooks and incompetent, one of those is bad enough, but both equal disaster. Just more games by COR and with IHUBS blessing. And maybe IHUB sees where they could be held responsible for shareholder loss.
