4th quarter numbers haven't come out yet Zadie... I believe they will once again reflect NET PROFITS for the quarter and year. We have to remember that there are lawsuits involved, and the lawyers are telling the company to remain quiet at this time. If a huge decision in $PXYN's favor is released, and the 10K annual report is good, we can expect a huge jump in share price. Then, only 6 weeks later, May 15, 2016 we will get first quarter results... If they are good, and the preferred sellers are done, then the stock price will start to show the intrinsic value of the company again. If you have held this long, I'd say at least hold until the May 15, 2016 first quarter results are in... Good luck
