I often wondered what outsiders could even come up

I often wondered what outsiders could even come up with to try and discourage new buyers from coming in....looks like posting 3-4 year old info from when previous management was around is about all they can find these days. There is an answer for everything, I just wish they would ask questions instead of randomly selecting old information that doesn't pertain to current circumstances to post and create doubt...It's misleading to say the least.
