You're right, that's why I say that hard work to educate all on the benefits of cannabis, be it hemp or marijuana, wouldn't be enough on it's own to get it done quickly. The lure of huge revenues to give our economy a nice "homegrown" boost will be too much for politicians to bull shit their way around. People will not stand for it when they see the boost to the economies of neighboring states, all while their cars and trucks won't pass inspections or they wreck them from slamming into potholes, or because they can't afford to clear the roads of ice/snow accumulation, or another bridge collapse kills even more, or local taxes force you to rent from a slum lord. The list goes on. Waiting for federal aid to fix it won't work.
