Somebody needs to tell Zagami and O'Connell (and maybe even Stern) about this. Reporting Rosen and friends might be more (and easier) money than whatever their current strategy may provide.

The SEC’s whistleblower program has paid more than $55 million to 23 whistleblowers since the program’s inception in 2011.
