I wonder if that 700K was paid to the Goldman Sach's tipster. GS was nailed by the SEC last week for 15 million for naked shorting in case you missed it.
I know that is but a slap on the wrist and it dates back to 2013 but its a step in the right direction. Go NTEK!!!
